DIY Edible "Mud" Mask
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp . cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp . buttermilk
  • ΒΌ-1/2 of a banana mashed
  • 1 tsp . honey
  • 1 tsp . lemon juice optional, avoid sun
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Mask should be thick enough such that it does not run down your face. Always test the mask on a small portion of the skin to test for allergic reactions. If allergy-free, apply a layer of the mask to your face and allow it to sit for 20-30 minutes. Wash off mask with cool water, followed by a splash of cold water to close your pores.
